Enquiry

Hi, is the still available? What's the best price on the road, and could you value my car as a part-exchange? Thanks, Sam

Prepared reply

Hi Sam, thanks for getting in touch about this car.

The is £ on the road, including our £ admin fee. It is available. That is the total price for this car.

We can appraise your part-exchange when you visit.

Price subject to availability.

Required verification

Part-exchange valuation requested: no figure in the record — confirm the route before sending.

Unlocks after the item is ticked and the reply is reviewed.

The enquiry's in. Now someone has to find the car, price it and type it all out.

  • Which car have we got?
  • What's today's price on it?
  • What did they ask?

Then someone types it out, and the next enquiry starts the same way.

A reply about their car, with your price in it.

  • Their name, when the enquiry gives one.

  • The exact car, as it's listed on your stock sheet.

  • The on-the-road price, worked out by your rules, and any admin fee you charge, from your stock sheet.

  • Answers to what they asked, where your stock sheet holds the answer: availability, mileage, model year. Finance gets a referral line. A part-ex gets an offer to appraise it. Your standard lines on warranty, delivery and test drives are added during set-up.

  • What it couldn't confirm, shown to your salesperson as a labelled item to check, such as "Part-exchange valuation requested: no figure in the record". The reply says the team will confirm. It doesn't fill the gap with a guess.

What changes at the desk

The look-ups are done for you.

Which car is it, what's today's price and what did they ask? The reply your exec opens already has those answers in it, from your stock sheet and your pricing rules.

Paste, check, copy, send.

That's the job now. We load your stock sheet and set up your pricing rules as part of set-up.

The price comes from your rules.

Each car is matched on your stock sheet and priced by your pricing rules. The reply is checked against those rules before it can be copied, and anything it couldn't confirm is flagged for your exec.

How it works

  1. 1

    Paste the enquiry in.

  2. 2

The reply comes back prepared: the car matched on your stock sheet, the price worked out, the answers written in.

  3. 3

Your exec checks it. Anything flagged gets ticked. They can edit it; edits are checked again.

  4. 4

They copy it and send it from your own channel, as they do now.

If the car has gone, your exec is shown other cars of the same model from your stock sheet to choose from.

You set the discount. The floor price on your stock sheet sets the limit.

On used stock, a price above your advertised price is blocked, and a price below your floor is lifted up to it.

  • Set a standing price rule, a daily one, or decide case by case. Discount by pounds or percent, with an aged-stock rule if you use one.
  • Fixed rules work out the price to the penny. The price never comes from the AI.
  • If it can't price a car, the reply is held and a person decides.

A person always sends.

ShowroomReply never messages your customer. A reply can only be copied after someone has reviewed it and ticked anything flagged. Your team sends it themselves.

We set it up for you. Included.

We load your stock sheet, set up your pricing rules and match the reply to your wording and sign-off. You check it on your own stock before your first paid month.

Questions dealers ask

Does it send replies to my customers?

No. ShowroomReply prepares the reply. A person at your dealership checks it, copies it and sends it.

Where do the prices come from?

From your stock sheet and the pricing rules you set, worked out to the penny. The price never comes from the AI.

Is the reply always ready when I paste an enquiry?

When the drafting service is switched on and the car is on your stock sheet, yes. If it can't find the car or work out the price, the enquiry is held and a person decides.

What if the customer asks something it can't answer?

The reply says the team will confirm, and your salesperson sees a labelled item for each gap it spots.

Which enquiries does it work with?

Enquiries you paste in, whether they came from a portal, your website or an email. Other sources aren't built yet; tell us yours during set-up.

Does the enquiry go to an AI service?

Yes. To prepare the reply, the enquiry text is sent to an AI model provider. The price is never set by it; it comes from your stock sheet and your rules. Data terms are agreed in writing before you start.

Is it proven?

It's new, and no dealership is using it live yet. It has been built and tested on the stock sheet of a fictional practice dealership, and during set-up you see it working on your own stock before your first paid month.

Which makes does it handle?

It works from the cars on your own stock sheet, whichever makes you list there. A car is matched when the enquiry gives its stock reference, or names its model and version as they appear on your sheet. If it can't tell which car they mean, the enquiry is held for you to answer. Enquiries for a new car to be ordered from the factory may also be held for you to price.
